(DTTG) - Abstract: This article provides a general analysis of the results of ethnic affairs in 2025 in the context of governance reform and the vigorous implementation of the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas. Based on an assessment of achievements in institutional reform, infrastructure development, multidimensional poverty reduction, cultural preservation and human resource quality improvement, the author points out structural issues that need further research, including livelihood sustainability, cultural preservation, policy implementation capacity, the impact of climate change and the requirements for digital transformation… Therefore, this article proposes a vision for ethnic affairs in the period of 2026-2030 towards modern governance, based on data, community-centered and promoting sustainable development, thereby aiming to narrow regional disparities and improve the quality of life for ethnic minorities.
